Pricing is based on the length of time you want to hire the cabin for, the longer you have the cabin the cheaper it gets.
Price per week (including GST)
1 year: $115
6 months: $120
3 months: $145
1 month: $155
Delivery and Pickup: Delivery cost is based on where you live, within the Dunedin area it is likely $450. Please get in touch to confirm delivery costs.
Bond: A $450 bond is held by us while you have the cabin. The bond will be refunded when the cabin is returned, provided it is in the same condition it was delivered in.
Rent: Is charged weekly in advance.
Upfront Costs: Before delivery, you will need to make payment of the bond, delivery fee and the first week’s rent.

Space Jam are based in Dunedin. Since delivery costs are paid for by you, we are happy to deliver anywhere

Minimum 1 month rental and there is no limit on how long you can keep your cabin. Ending your rental, you will need to provide 3 weeks’ notice in writing (provided you completed the minimum rental term).
We will be onsite when your cabin is delivered to get you set up and ready to go - all you need to do is plug in an extension cord.
A standard delivery takes about an hour.
A hi-ab truck is used to deliver your cabin.
To deliver your cabin we need clear access of 2.8m wide and 5m long and clear space above.
We’re happy to help assess the situation if you’re unsure.
You will need to be onsite to tell us where you want to cabin to go.
The cost will vary depending on where you live. This is a one off cost for delivery and pick up
Generally no consent is needed. Being a portable cabin under 30sqm and having no water connections they do not require consent. However, you must make sure the cabin is XYZ distance from the boundary. We recommend you talk to your local council to confirm their regulations prior to hiring as not all councils have the same rules
Our cabins are only for rent, we do not sell our cabins
Exterior measurements 4.8m long by 2.4m wide. Fully insulated (2.8 Pink Batts in the walls, R3.6 in the ceiling and R1.3, 50mm Expol under the floor). Thermally broken double glazing. Two double plugs inside. Two downlights inside and two outside on the porch. Smoke alarm. Wall mounted panel heater. Painted Double Alabaster (white) interior. Wood look vinyl plank flooring.
