1. The Hirer authorises Space Jam to:

2. collect, retain and use information about the Hirer from any person for the purpose of assessing the Hirer's creditworthiness;

3. disclose information about the Hirer to such persons as may be necessary to enable Space Jam to exercise any power or enforce or attempt to enforce any of Space Jam's rights, remedies and powers under this contract.

4. Your privacy is important to us. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete these processes. We collect email addresses from enquirers and those requesting to become a new customer. We collate this information to enable us to respond to enquirers or to create customer accounts for those who have made a request.

5. No information is shared or sold to any third party company. We will immediately remove you from our database if requested.
